Aspen: How to delete data stored on the computer.

If you have a problem transferring data to the Aspen data card, it could be a bad or corrupt download.  Data Manager will not allow the transfer of defective data. 


How to delete ChartData stored on computer

  1. Open Data Manager
  2. Click 'Options...'
  3. Disable 'Allow simultaneous downloads'
  4. Click 'Advance...'
  5. Click 'Open the download folder on this PC'
  6. Delete all files and folders that begin with 'CertifiedChartData' in the file name.

Its suggested to delete ChartData from the SD card as a precaution. Here's how:

Once the files have been deleted, click 'Download Now' to begin downloading a fresh copy of data to the computer.
