If you have a problem transferring data to the Aspen data card, it could be a bad or corrupt download. Data Manager will not allow the transfer of defective data.
How to delete ChartData stored on computer
- Open Data Manager
- Click 'Options...'
- Disable 'Allow simultaneous downloads'
- Click 'Advance...'
- Click 'Open the download folder on this PC'
- Delete all files and folders that begin with 'CertifiedChartData' in the file name.
Its suggested to delete ChartData from the SD card as a precaution. Here's how:
Once the files have been deleted, click 'Download Now' to begin downloading a fresh copy of data to the computer.
